THE COMMONWEALTH OF LEARNING (COL) FELLOWSHIP
The AAOU Secretariat will give six (6) COL-AAOU grants to young delegates from Open and Distance Learning institutions from developing Asian Commonwealth nations, based on the following conditions:
- Delegates from developing Asian Commonwealth countries to enable participation in the Conference;
- Give preference to young or mid-career practitioners (rather than policy makers) of distance education who have not had the opportunity to attend the conference in the past;
- Seek to ensure greater participation of women; Gender Equality. To encourage young woman practitioners and scholars in ODL
- use the funds to defray Conference registration fees and local accommodation for each delegate supported.
